Job Target, Institutions and Unemployement.

Suppose that we all are students having common goals to flourish in life and get right job in right time and become professional of our relevant field. Suppose, again, we want to get exactly what we desire for. It is human nature to think in advance to make dreams of future. We all peoples being students make future plan too. Some of us want to become Electrical Engineers, Doctors, Architects, or some others to be Accountants and Business Executives. All imaginations in the minds of student should be, to achieve goals in general.

In Pakistan various educational institutions, Universities and Colleges are providing education to students. Higher Education Commission (HEC) is the central governing body controlling affairs of the institutions. Unfortunately, there are less educational institutions providing up to standard quality education. Today, in this business world, every day some new discoveries are made in technology and old-fashioned equipment are discarded out of market. One should be able to move on with sudden updates coming in the world, and being able to participate in changing pattern of the system. The potential that is into a student comes from his school where he is studying or from higher institution, where he would be. Pakistani students have much more talent and capabilities in the field of professionalism and research. We do work hard where we get chance of study. But as time going on our educational quality of institutions going down, it creating a mess among jobs finder as well as jobs providers.

A person being MBA desires to get top level management job as he completes his study but does not find any job and demoralise and become unemployed, is a serious issue and is required research for advance thinking.

A student to be Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineer from any UET when go to search job in market is required relevant experience. Obviously, he does not have and in final he receive letter of rejection from recruitment authority.

One other case of very competent and intelligent student after completing five years degree of Medicine (MBBS) becomes doctor. When go in hospitals as practitioner hardly get job of Rs.10,000. He works on the job with a hope to gain experience in order to go ahead for advance studies of FRCS (5-6 years program) for specialization.

A person after completing graduation enrolled in L.L.B. and completes his 3-years degree successfully cannot expect to become intelligent advocate. He would earn L.L.M with a hope to be successful solicitor.

All are the facts that everyone facing today, not only in Pakistan but also in whole world. We should imagine but there must be limits of our thinking. We should think owing to current economic situation and by considering market opportunities.

Market Segmentation a difficult job for Marketer.

In market segmentation we divide the whole market into small segments or parts. It is done because of ease for both seller and buyer. Market segmentation is made by seller who will sell his products to target customers. Segments will help him to access them easily and efficiently. For example, we (organization, say ‘PakMobiles’) make five segments of Pakistan, Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan and Islamabad. Suppose we want to sell our product that is a vedio camera mobile set (Rs.65,900). Now we want to sell our product in five segments separately then we will have to further divide five segments into smaller segments that are markets like in Islamabad we may make further segments for example; Jinnah Super Market, Abpara Market, Melody and I-9 Market. Here you will find that Jinnah-Super is expensive than abpara and Melody and I-9 Market is cheaper than all. Here we shall supply our product to majorly to Jinnah-Super or abpara, Melody instead of I-9 Market because we know that our prod

Agriculture or Industry? The best for Pakistan.

Pakistan is bestowed with rich natural resources that are Minerals, Oil and Gas, Aquatic animals, Forest and Human resource of course. With growth rate of 2.2%(2011) and per capita income $2400(2010).  Unfortunately we could not manage all the aforesaid resources and as a result we are now one of the Under Developed Country (UDC) of the globe. Here we should not concentrate on the reasons behind for our backwardness deeply. But we can predict our destination by a simple analyses that is, “Whether Agriculture is best or Industry, for our country prosperity?”. This question may help us in deciding what path should be selected to make Pakistan a developing country. It is said that Agriculture is the back-bone of our country but to an extent it may be true but in long run it is false. About 70% of our country population is based on Agriculture. But on the other hand   it makes 19% contribution is Gross Domestic Product (GDP).On the other side Industry contribution in GDP is about 27%.
